Všimli ste si niekedy, že kráľovná Alžbeta má takmer vždy na sebe túto jednu vec? Robí to už roky

I keď väčšine krajín sveta prislúcha oficiálny štatút republika, ešte aj v dnešnej dobe sa nájde niekoľko kráľovstiev. A práve spomedzi všetkých kráľovských rodín je tou najznámejšou tá britská, ktorá si v posledných rokoch svoje postavenie ešte viac upevnila.

Kráľovná Alžbeta (92) je panovníčkou Spojeného kráľovstva Veľkej Británie a Severného Írska. Do tohto spoločenstva okrem toho patria aj krajiny Austrália, Antigua a Barbuda, Bahamy, Barbados, Belize, Kanada, Grenada, Nový Zéland, Papua Nová Guinea, Svätý Vincent a Grenadíny, Svätý Krištof a Nevis, Šalamúnové ostrovy, Tuvalu a Jamajka. Alžbeta II. je teda kráľovnou až 16 nezávislých krajín.

Je zároveň jednou z najdlhšie vládnucích panovníkov v histórii britských dejín, pričom sa na trón posadila už v roku 1952. Medzi ľuďmi je okrem toho mimoriadne obľúbenou.

No všimli ste si niekedy na nej tento jeden detail?

Keď mala Alžbeta 10 rokov, dostala perlový náhrdelník s tromi radmi od svojho starého otca Georga V. Práve tento šperk patrí medzi jej najobľúbenejšie a dosť často ho nosí. Ak si pozriete viaceré jej fotky z posledných rokov, takmer vždy má na  krku svoj obľúbený náhrdelník.

Day 2 of #HolyroodWeek: The Queen hosts a reception for No. 603 (City of Edinburgh) Squadron RauxAF. As part of #RAF100, the Squadron have been honoured with the Freedom of The City of Edinburgh. Her Majesty, then Princess Elizabeth as she was then, became Honorary Air Commodore of the Squadron in 1951. Prior to the Reception, the Squadron marched down the iconic Royal Mile and Paraded on the Forecourt of the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

In this year's Queen's Christmas Broadcast 2017, Her Majesty has talked about the theme of "home" and wished everyone a very happy Christmas. "We think of our homes as places of warmth, familiarity and love; of shared stories and memories, which is perhaps why at this time of year so many return to where they grew up," Her Majesty said. "There is a timeless simplicity to the pull of home. "For many, the idea of “home” reaches beyond a physical building – to a home town or city.  This Christmas, I think of London and Manchester, whose powerful identities shone through over the past twelve months in the face of appalling attacks," The Queen said. The Queen also added… "Today we celebrate Christmas, which itself is sometimes described as a festival of the home.  Families travel long distances to be together. "Volunteers and charities, as well as many churches, arrange meals for the homeless and those who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day.  We remember the birth of Jesus Christ whose only sanctuary was a stable in Bethlehem.  He knew rejection, hardship and persecution; and yet it is Jesus Christ’s generous love and example which has inspired me through good times and bad.
